Administration Decries 'Democrat Hoax' as Additional Epstein Estate Photos Made Public

Democratic lawmakers have published a additional set of what they labeled "disturbing" pictures from the property of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, featuring among others Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and ex-UK prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The opening batch of 19 images—some of which have been previously circulated—plus another 70 unveiled later on Friday represent a minuscule portion of the nearly 100,000 images released to the House oversight committee, which is probing the conduct and connections of Epstein.

The shamed investor died by apparent suicide in a New York prison cell in 2019 after being indicted on sex-trafficking offenses.

Prominent Personalities in the Images

Included in the high-profile individuals seen in the initial batch are public figures including film director Woody Allen; Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, creator of the Virgin empire.

Donald Trump is featured in three of the initial 19 images. In one, he is pictured with six women, whose faces are redacted.

Administration Response

The White House addressed the release in a official comment, charging Democrats of purposefully "hand-picking" the images for political purposes and to "seek to establish a false narrative."

"This Democratic fabrication against President Trump has been repeatedly debunked," a White House spokesperson remarked, asserting that "the current government has achieved more for Epstein's survivors than Democrats ever have by consistently demanding transparency, making public numerous documents of papers, and demanding further investigations into Epstein's Democratic associates."

Democratic Lawmaker Remarks

The photographs were disclosed devoid of explanation, but as stated by a California Democrat and ranking member of the oversight committee, they prompt further inquiries about Epstein's connections to the rich and powerful.

"Now is the occasion to halt this White House cover-up and bring justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his well-connected allies," he said in a release.

The release of these documents occurs alongside the oversight committee continuing its inquiry into the Epstein case.
